The hookers and laxatives guy is my Bortimer P. Krunt character from my July '05 Krunt Factory comic.
Originally it was gonna be "hookers and nougat", but the new line is definitely creepier.
that's really funny. i've always wondered the answer to that question, myself. I feel much better now.
